Hello again, friends 🍞🤍

A few months back, Hug in a Loaf was born from a love of slow mornings, flour-dusted counters, and bread made the old-fashioned way; with patience, care, and a whole lot of heart.
Life got busy (as it does), and the ovens went quiet for a bit… but not for long.

This summer, with a little more time and a lot more intention, I’m officially stepping back into the kitchen and continuing this bread journey. Expect cozy loaves, comforting classics, and the kind of bread that feels like a hug you didn’t know you needed.

Thank you for being here, whether you’ve been around since the beginning or you’re just finding your way to the table. The yeast is waking up, the recipes are ready, and Hug in a Loaf is rising again.

I’ve been busy in the kitchen whipping up some cozy new loaf flavors, and I cannot WAIT for you to taste these hugs in bread form: These are flavors in the works:

• Blueberry Banana Bread (bursting with sweetness 💙)
• Strawberry Banana Bread (pretty in pink 🍓)
• Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (because… duh 🍫)
💛 Plus mini loaves of all your fave flavors—perfect for sharing (or not 😉).

🥖 Sourdough Beauties
• Original Sourdough (the classic queen 👑)
• Cheddar & Jalapeño Sourdough (a lil spicy, a lil cheesy 🌶🧀)
• Garlic & Herb Sourdough (like your kitchen just turned into heaven 🧄🌿)

Hiii besties! 💕 Guess what’s in the oven? A double batch of banana bread! One’s the classic kind with big chunks of banana (because duh), and the other is loaded with chocolate chips for my sweet tooth 🍫🍌.
I swear, baking has turned into my new little obsession—and okay fine, maybe I’ve gained 15 pounds from it 😅 but honestly? Totally worth it. Every slice feels like a warm hug in loaf form. 🍞💛
