Explaining in caption 👇 When sand acts like a liquid under a constant flow of air from below, it’s doing something super cool called “fluidization.” Imagine you’re playing with a big pile of sand at the beach. When the wind blows gently over the sand, it’s like you’re sprinkling air underneath the sand, making it feel light and fluffy. Now, if you keep blowing air from below the sand with a constant flow, it’s like giving the sand a magic power. The tiny grains of sand start moving around and sliding past each other like they’re in a big dance, just like when you pour water and it flows smoothly. So, even though sand is solid, when it’s under a constant flow of air, it can act like a liquid, flowing and moving around. It’s all thanks to fluidization!. #

Fire ants have many unusual behaviors, including: Aggressive: Fire ants are known for being aggressive and territorial, and will attack anything that disturbs their nest. They swarm in groups to overwhelm their opponents, stinging the attacker repeatedly to neutralize the threat. Fire ants can also attack people, plants, and animals, and can cause damage to homes, buildings, and telephone wires. Stinging: Fire ants have a potent venomous sting that can cause severe allergic reactions. Instead of biting, they use their jaws to grip onto their prey and then sting them. Nesting: Fire ants can be found in urban environments, nesting in gardens, sidewalks, and buildings. During the winter months, they nest inside around enclosed warm structures. Reproduction: In the spring and fall, female reproductive ants break through the mound to mate in mid-air. After mating, the males die and the new queens lose their wings before digging into the ground to build nests and lay eggs. New workers emerge within a month Video: JasperStorm (YT) Check him out for more amazing content.

Baihetan plays a crucial role in China’s efforts to transition to renewable energy sources. It is estimated that the station will generate approximately 62.44 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity annually, which can replace about 90.45 million tons of coal per year and reduce carbon emissions by approximately 248.4 million tons annually. This shift not only contributes to cleaner air but also aligns with China’s commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.
