Strawberry Icebox Pie
Ingredients:

1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 regular-size container of Cool Whip
1 can of Strawberry Pie Filling or 1 cup of fresh diced strawberries (add 1/4 cup sugar if using fresh strawberries)
3 1/2 teaspoons of dry Strawberry Jello
1/4 cup of Lemon Juice
Directions:

In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and Cool Whip by hand until the mixture is fluffy.
Add the dry Jello and mix well to combine.
Pour in the lemon juice and continue mixing until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
Gently fold in the strawberry pie filling or the sugared fresh strawberries.
Scoop the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberry slices before serving for a decorative touch.

My mom used to make this all the time...we called it Lemon Icebox Pie ❀
3 ingredients, so easy, so cheap to make......but, it tastes like a million dollars!! Can use strawberries and blueberries too!!
NO BAKE LEMON PIE
Ingredients:
1 Pie Crust
2 cups sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
Pour two cups of sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl
Add Lemon Juice and Stir
Pour into the Pie Crust and refrigerate for a couple hours
Whipped cream for topping after it sets

We said our vows last year and I officially married the β€œKeeper of My Heart” on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Our story is filled with love and he has been by my side throughout my writing journey. My dad bought me this motorcycle on my 5th Birthday. While other little girls were getting bicycles, he put me on this "little jewel".

I know many of my classmates have heard this story before, but the real story behind this is the fact, my Mom, got on the motorcycle first and drove straight into a rose or briar brush. She was a pistol and always a dare devil!!!!!

I'm guessing that would be where I get my both my charm and my thrill seeking...." Both my dad & mom are full of both"
