Change of scenery today 😅

Orders shipped 📦, 10 items listed on eBay, then straight into a full day of tile removal and floor prep.

Traded the keyboard for a pry bar.
Lost Wi-Fi but gained dust in places dust shouldn’t exist.

Secondary income streams are big while I build this business. Multiple lanes, same destination.

Every dollar earned is just another brick in the foundation.

January Accountability ✅

January was our first full month going full-time, so I’m sharing this for accountability.

These numbers are eBay only.

📊 January (eBay) • $1,535.59 in total sales

• 44 items sold

• $1,061.07 net

• ~84% growth vs. prior period

Not headline numbers — but real progress for Month 1.

The biggest win in January wasn’t revenue, it was direction. When we were part-time, low-dollar sports cards were the focus. Now we’re building a multi-category business designed for consistency and scale.

Just as important, we focused on building systems:

✔️ Consistent listing routines
✔️ Smarter sourcing
✔️ Better pricing and organization
✔️ Shipping and inventory processes that save time and stress

I also started our social media presence from zero this year, and we’re already building a real following by documenting the process and staying consistent. I appreciate everyone here along for the ride!

🚧 February Focus

• Tighten what worked
• Fix what didn’t
• Continue expanding categories intentionally

This isn’t about quick wins.

This is about building something sustainable.

UPDATE: STATE BOUND. 💃🔥

This morning I said win or lose, I’m already winning.

Turns out today had a little extra magic in it ✨

So unbelievably proud of my girls and their entire team for earning their spot at State.

The early mornings, late nights, sore muscles, and relentless work all showed when it mattered most.

Today was about showing up, cheering loud, and soaking in a moment I’ll never forget 🙌🥹

Nothing else mattered — just watching them chase a goal and catch it.

Between listings, late nights, and the everyday grind, these are the moments that remind me why we do all of it ❤️📦

The items will always be there. Moments like this won’t. Trying to soak it all in — blink and they're grown 🖤💙✨

Couldn’t be more proud of these girls and the team they built together.

Good morning y’all, it's Saturday!!!☀️

This right here is the why for me, always has been, always will be.

Today I get to watch my girls compete for a chance to make it to the State Dance Competition 💃!

The early mornings, late nights, packing orders, listing one more item when I’m tired… it’s all for moments like this.

This business gives me something I’ll never take for granted — flexibility. The ability to show up, be present, and cheer loud for my kids when it matters most.

If they qualify for state there will be no rushing from work. No asking for time off. Just being there — front row, proud, and probably emotional 😅

Win or lose, I’m already winning.

Parents — don’t ever underestimate the value of being there.

Let’s go girls 💪✨

Just feeling thankful today. For the people I’ve met, the advice that's been shared, and the reminders that none of us actually have this all figured out 😅

This whole thing works better when we share what we’ve learned—wins, mistakes, and everything in between.

🎮 So much for being productive tonight 🎮

Found our Nintendo buried in a box with Mario, Zelda, Punch-Out!! and a pile of classics I haven’t played in YEARS 😅

Plugged it in “just to make sure it works.”

Next thing I know it’s 1993, my thumbs are confused, and I’m getting humbled by a pixelated boxer. 🥊

No listings tonight.

Just nostalgia, button mashing, and the realization that these games did NOT get easier with age.
