Big Mac Tacos 🌮 Ingredients • 1 ⅓ lb (about 600 g) ground beef • 1 ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika 🫑 sauce: • ⅔ cup mayonnaise • 3 tbsp ketchup • 1 tbsp yellow mustard • 2 ½ tsp pickle relish • 1 tbsp pickle juice • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp paprika Others: • 8 small flour tortillas • 1 ⅓ cups shredded iceberg lettuce • 8 American cheese slices • Dill pickles 🥣 instructions: Heat a skillet with a light drizzle of oil. Place 2-3 tablespoons of ground beef in the center of each tortilla. Press the beef into a thin, even layer covering most of the tortilla. Place tortilla beef side down onto the hot skillet Cook 4–5 minutes until the beef is cooked through.flip the tortilla immediately place a slice of American cheese on the hot beef and let it melt (about 1 minute).Spread some sauce on top of the melted cheese. Add shredded lettuce,and pickles.

Chicken Melt sandwich 💥🥪 Ingredients 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika olive oil for cooking the chicken 6 slices of American cheese 9 slices of bread butter for toasting the bread For filling: 2 tbsp dill 2 tbsp pickles 1 carrot diced 1 red onion diced 4tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika 👩‍🍳instructions Marinade the chicken with the seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium heat ,add olive oil and cook the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked remove and let rest a few minutes, then shred the chicken . In large bowl mix chicken ,dill,carrots,red onions, pickles,seasonings, mayonnaise and mustard and mix until well combined. Layer in this order first bread ,cheese slice, chicken mix, bread of top again chicken mix and slice of cheese and close with another layer of bread. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted. Slice in half and serve warm!

Chipotle Chicken Wrap Ingredients 2 lb chicken breasts 3 chipotle peppers in adobo 4 cloves garlic ½ lime juice 3 tbsp olive oil 2 ½ tbsp honey 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tsp black pepper Creamy Chipotle sauce ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp chipotle adobo sauce ½ lime juice ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt Mix well and refrigerate until serving. To assemble flour tortilla wrap Shredded lettuce Shredded cheese Fries Red onion Instructions In a blender add chipotle peppers,garlic,lime juice and olive oil blend until smooth.Place chicken breasts into a large bowl add the blended chipotle sauce,spices and honey Mix well so the chicken is coated evenly,Let it rest at least 20–30 minutes.Heat a pan to medium-high.Add a little oil.Place the chicken in the hot pan.Cook until fully cooked.

Don’t forget to follow me for more delicious recipes!🔥 Tiramisu Swiss Roll ☕️ Ingredients: For the Sponge Cake • 4 large eggs (separated) • 100 g (½ cup) sugar • 1 packet vanilla • 80 g (⅔ cup) cake flour (or all-purpose flour, sifted) • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp milk • 2 tbsp melted butter For the Mascarpone Cream • 200 g (7 oz) mascarpone cheese • 200 ml (¾ cup) heavy cream (cold) • 60 g (½ cup) powdered sugar Other: • 50 ml strong brewed coffee (cooled) For Decoration • Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting) 🧂Instructions 🍰1. Make the Sponge Cake 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 10x15 inch (25x38 cm) jelly roll pan with parchment paper. 2. Beat egg whites and half the sugar whip until stiff peaks form. 3. In another bowl, beat egg yolks with remaining sugar and vanilla until pale and thick. 4. Gently fold in sifted flour + cornstarch. Add milk and melted butter. 5. add egg whites mix until smooth. 6. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. 7. While warm, roll up the cake with parchment paper inside and let cool completely. 💥2.Make the Mascarpone Cream 1. Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth. 2. Fold cream into mascarpone 🧁3.Assemble the Roll 1. Carefully unroll the cooled sponge. 2. Brush generously with coffee. 3. Spread an even layer of mascarpone cream (reserve some for topping). 4. Roll the cake back up gently. 5. Trim edges for neatness 5. Decoration • Spread or pipe the remaining cream on top. • Dust with cocoa powder. • Chill at least 2 hours before slicing.

Make the dough 1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. 2. Add eggs mix then flour, salt, and butter knead for 8–10 min until smooth 3. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1.5 hrs until doubled. 2. Fry 1. Heat oil to 170 °C / 340 °F. 2. Fry 2–3 doughnuts at a time for about 1–2 min per side until golden brown. 3. Drain on paper towels. 3. Fill & finish 1. Put pistachio cream into a piping bag with a long nozzle. 2. Pierce the side of each doughnut and fill generously. 3. Dust with sugarand pistachios and enjoy while still slightly warm.

Buffalo Chicken Crispy Tacos Tag your taco-loving friends 🌮🔥 Ingredients 🍗For the chicken • 500g chicken breast (boneless, skinless), finely chopped • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 120g (½ cup) Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce • 2 tbsp honey (optional – balances heat) • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped 🌶️For the tacos • 8 small tortillas • Olive oil (enough for frying) • Shredded Gouda cheese 🌿For the green sauce • 240g (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt + 60g mayonnaise • 16–20g (1 cup loosely packed) fresh cilantro • 1 small jalapeño or serrano (seeded for mild heat) • Juice of ½ lime • 1 clove garlic • ½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil 🥣Instructions 🔥1. Cook the chicken 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the chopped chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked through (6–8 minutes). 3. Lower the heat, stir in the Buffalo sauce and honey (if using). Cilantro,Cook for 1–2 more minutes until well coated. 💥2. Make the green sauce 1. In a blender or food processor, add yogurt, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 🌶️3. Crisp the tacos 1. Crispy mac & cheese balls 💥💥🧀 Ingredients 450 g macaroni 7 tbsp butter (100g) 6 tbsp flour (about 55 g) 4 cups (1 liter) whole milk 200g heavy cream 2 cups (about 200g ) shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella 2 cups (200g) shredded Gouda 1½ -2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp smoked paprika 1½ tsp garlic powder Cheese for stuffing For coating flour Eggs, beaten breadcrumbs Vegetables Oil for frying (enough for deep frying) Instructions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil add 450 g macaroni and cook until cooked it must hold shape drain and set aside in a large pot melt butter over medium heat add flour and Cook 1 minute.stir in spices and mix well. Slowly whisk in whole milk and heavy cream Continue whisking until the sauce thickens slightly.set aside add the cheeses in 3 times Stir until completely melted and smooth add the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce and mix well.Spread the mixture into a dish. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until VERY firm scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of chilled mac and cheese.Press a small cube of stuffing cheese into the center.Pack and roll tightly into a firm ball. Roll each ball in flour dip into egg and roll in breadcrumbs Heat oil to 350°F / 175°C.Fry the balls in batches for 2–3 minutes, until golden brown.

Crispy Cheesy Chicken Rolls 💥💥🌶️ Ingredients For the Chicken 2 Chicken Breast cooked 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste For filling: shredded chicken 2 cooked potatoes mashed Parmesan cheese 1 tsp oregano ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp black pepper Cheese for stuffing Oil for frying Coating 2 eggs (beaten) 50ml milk 1½ cups breadcrumbs Instructions In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, Parmesan, and seasonings. Mix until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.Take 1–2 tablespoons of the filling and flatten it in your hand.Place a piece of cheese in the center, then roll and shape it into a firm roll.Place all rolls in the freezer for at least 1 hour so they hold their shape. In a bowl, whisk eggs + milk together.Dip each roll into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.double coat them (egg → breadcrumbs again).Heat oil on medium heat.Fry the rolls for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy. Crispy cheesy potato croquettes Ingredients 6 small potatoes 2 ½ tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder Natural oil for frying Cheese for filling For coating 1 Egg beaten 1 cup breadcrumbs Chili mayonnaise 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp hot sauce 1 tsp garlic powder Instructions Peel cut and boil the potatoes until fork tender. Let it cool 10 min, mash them add spices and cornstarch combine well. Take 1 spoon and flat place the cheese in middle shape and freeze about 1 h Dip each first in egg then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil to 170-180°C (340-350°F) fry until golden brown

Crispy Beef Tacos 🌮 Servings 8 🥫Beef Filling Ingredients: • 300 g ground beef • 1 small onion, finely chopped • 1 tbsp tomato paste • ½ tsp ground cumin • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp chili powder (adjust to taste) • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) • ½ tsp black pepper • ⅔ cup water (or beef stock) Others: • 8 small flatbreads (to crisp up as taco shells) • Grated Gouda cheese 🍅Fresh Salsa: • 1 onion, diced • 2 tomatoes, diced • Fresh cilantro, chopped • Juice of ½ lime or lemon • Salt and pepper to taste 🌶️ Mexican-Style Sour Cream Sauce • 1 cup sour cream (240 g) • Juice of ½ lime or lemon • 1 tbsp mayonnaise • 1 tsp chili powder (or smoked paprika for mild) • ½ tsp ground cumin • ½ tsp black pepper • ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste) 🥣Instructions: 1.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned (5–6 minutes). 3.Stir in cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute to bloom the spices. 4.Pour in the water or stock. Stir and let simmer 5–10 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes saucy. 5.In a clean pan, heat a little neutral oil (like canola or sunflower). Place a flatbread in the pan, sprinkle Gouda on top, and let it melt slightly. 6.Add a spoonful of the beef mixture on top of the melted cheese, fold the flatbread into a taco shape, until golden crispy 7.Fill with fresh salsa and drizzle with sour cream sauce.
