En República Dominicana gracias a que muchas personas me enchincharon (Quiere decir me sonsacaron) nace la idea de Healthy you, la Cocina de Luz By: Luz Paola Amaro G.; en la cual postearé recetas, tips de belleza, salud y comida saludable hechas por mi y a veces por mi mamá, pues estamos tratando de hacer un cambio positivo en nuestras vidas y que mejor manera de empezar que por dentro. Enfocada

en la cocina saludable, espero que mis publicaciones sean de su agrado, me apoyen y me den sugerencias para mejorar.
