We appreciate the support.

America was built by Small Businesses. Forcing Independent Truckers to comply with E.L.D mandates creates unnecessary expense in an expensive Industry.

I believe it should be a rewards system. Drivers and/or Companys with bad safety records should automatically be forced to use elogs. Drivers and owner operators with good safety records should be allowed to continue with paper logbooks.

There's alot to add to the discussion. America is suppose to be about freedom, yet Electronic logbooks VIOLATE every aspect of this principle concept established by the Founding Fathers.

This time we, the heartbeat and bloodline of UNITED States Of America, draw the line in the sand.
