We stopped by Main Street Market & Pizza in Samson, Alabama & it might be one of the most unique businesses we’ve found! 🍕 It serves pizza most days of the week — but on Sundays it transforms into a non-denominational church! ⛪️

For $30, we spent the afternoon at Peaceful Painting in Dothan, Alabama… a pottery-painting studio that's open 7 DAYS a week! 🎨 Such a fun and affordable way to spend an afternoon together & we have our own handmade creations to use at home! ❤️

Two Aussies end up at their FIRST soccer match... in Dothan, Alabama! 🇦🇺 Dothan United did not disappoint! The Dragons put on a show.. winning 4-1 & the fans made us feel right at home! ⚽️ The Southern Fields tailgate BBQ was delicious! 🍗

We had a FANTASTIC evening at ‘Dancing for the Arts’ 💃 in Dothan, Alabama! Great food, a fun dance competition & all for a great cause! Events like this showcase the talent, generosity, and community spirit that make Dothan so special ❤️! If anyone from KC Kreative Catering sees this… I'm gonna need the recipe for that peach baguette creation because I'm still thinking about it today! 🍑 🥖

Two Aussies went to their FIRST-ever soccer match last night… in Dothan, Alabama! 🇦🇺 We weren't quite sure what to expect, but the energy at Dothan United was incredible! Great fans, great players & and a really FUN night out! ⚽️

We stopped by Maggie's Coffee in Hartford, Alabama where it feels less like a coffee shop and more like you're sitting in her living room! ☕️ Her customers told us they drive past other coffee shops just to come here! The coffee was incredible.. but the atmosphere is what makes this place truly special! 🥰

Winner of ALABAMA’S BEST DELI? We had to come back to The Butcher’s Daughter Deli & Market in Enterprise, Alabama! 😋 Every time we visit, we order the Gobbler. We’ve tried plenty of places around Alabama, but this is one sandwich we keep coming BACK for! Fresh, flavorful and even better than we remembered! 🥪

I couldn't let Mum leave Alabama without trying the WORLD’S BEST shrimp & grits from Grit InmyBelly food truck! As an Australian, it's one of those Southern dishes that's hard to explain until you try it—and Mum LOVED it! 🍤

We stopped by Cafe 431 in Phenix City, Alabama and ordered the sampler so we could try a little bit of everything! The French toast was the star of the show — easily some of the best we’ve ever had! We love finding local spots like this where you can sample a bit of everything and leave already thinking about what you'll order next time! 😋
