Sis… ever notice how loud life feels sometimes?

Even when nobody’s talking… your mind is racing.
Your heart’s heavy.
You’re smiling, but barely hanging on.

That’s why I started talking about being In The Quiet.

Not just silence.
But that space where you can finally exhale.
Where God can get a word in…because everything else has finally settled down.

You don’t have to be “spiritual enough” to get there.
You just have to be tired of pretending.

💭 Here’s a couple of questions to ponder 🤔
1. When’s the last time you gave yourself permission to just be still?
2. What’s the truth you’ve been holding in because life won’t slow down long enough for you to say it?

Don’t rush to answer.
And please don’t just move on to the next thing.

Be with yourself for a minute.

You deserve that.
