It's been 10 years and today I didn't cry. I actually jumped on the treadmill at 6:30am, worked(of course for MH330), laughed, and reflected about things that you have missed.

In these past 10 years so many things has happened. Why weren't you here with us celebrating, crying, laughing, traveling, just talking about everything/nothing?

Life comes with pain, struggle, stress, sadness, broken heart, illness, loss and many other difficulties.

In the past 10 years I've lost more friends to su***de, have heard of someone else that has past from su***de and attempts.

SU***DE SHOULD NEVER BE AN OPTION!!
Life is HARD!!! Believe me I know.

PLEASE FIGHT this sickness reach out for help. Check on your family and friends. And especially that so called "Strong Person". We are weak as well. Everything may appear perfect but it is NOT.

Losing Spencer to su***de has made me value life even more and even the difficult times in my life.
