The Ag Stewardship Tax Credit (ASTC) in Colorado is now open for applications. This tax credit was created through HB24-1249. CDA and Department of Revenue (DOR) will manage the tax credit program. The application materials for the first round of the tax credit are now available:

In 2024, Brazil exported over 8 billion pounds of beef, accounting for 28% of total global exports—more than any other country. Together, Brazil and Australia represent roughly 43% of the world’s beef exports, underscoring their dominance in international beef trade.

In fact, ten countries each exported more than one billion pounds of beef during the year, highlighting intense global competition among major producers and the concentrated nature of the export market.
