Mesquite Peppercorn Lager Filet Mignon Skewers π₯© πΊ π₯
Ingredients
- 1-2 Filet Mignon(s), cubed
- 1-2 tbsp of Mesquite Peppercorn Lager rub from
- 1 tbsp of Oil
- 1.5 tbsp of Maple Vinegar
- 2 tsp of Sesame Oil
- Chopped Chives, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Using soaked skewers, add filet mignon and season with Mesquite Peppercorn Lager + lather with oil.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 350F).
3. Add skewers too grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side or until done to your preferred likeness. While skewers cook, heat up Maple Vinegar and sesame oil. Baste over top of skewers while they cook.
4. Once skewers are done, pull off, garnish with chives and enjoy!
