I am so stoked to announce I will be returning in 2021 with more unique celebrations!
In fact, my first one kicks off on Cinco De Mayo, where seven bars & restaurants will be participating in a benefit for the Food-Connection featuring Cultivated Cocktails and Oak City Amaretto distilleries.
It is called (TUG being me The Urban Gastronome, haha) These local bars and restaurants will be hosting a special tiki drink on their menu with partial proceeds going to feed the hungry locally while helping reduce food waste.
The Vault Lounge, Pillar Rooftop Bar & Kitchen, The Lobster Trap, Twisted Laurel Downtown, The Times Bar & Coffee Shop, Foggy Mountain Brew Pub, and Mountain Madre will provide their unique version of a tiki cocktail on their menu. And at the end of the benefit (1st week of June) I will be hosting a Tiki Cocktail Competition for the public to attend.
