I finally got some value buy your Golden Corral by the pound and be selective the regular buffet at night is $20 this cost me about $8.65, no tip... I got catfish, pot roast, chicken fajitas, a salad and a little cubed squash. Low carb high protein. I might even keep fresh tortillas in my car when I wanted to extend this a bit and make a taco or two.
You can get real food if you look for it on a budget...
