We thought we would start the day with a little Have You Hurd Media recap!

We technically started up this business January of 2025. From January to March, we worked hard to get our website up and running, create business cards, create all the boring but very necessary documents, make sure all of our ducks were in a row, etc. Our business was up and running, booking our first gig, in March. All that being said, we have been fully operational for ONLY 3 MONTHS. And in those 3 months we have….

• Worked with 6 different companies/businesses
• Collaborated with 8 different realtors
• Done photo shoots for 15 houses
• Visited 6 different cities for businesses purposes
• Joined the Duluth Chamber of Commerce
• Been featured on DoDuluth
• Enjoyed every minute of doing all of this together

And we are just getting started! We can’t wait to see where the next 3, 6, 12 months take us! Our goal is to continue to grow as a small business, continue networking, meet and work with new people, and continue working with our current clients that we have built lasting relationships with.

This is something we’ve heard multiple times now: “Photos matter.”

We took these photos on Thursday, the house listed on Saturday and an offer came in Sunday. We thoroughly enjoy this process. Not only do we assist in helping people sell their home, but we assist in helping people find their home. After all, photos are what is seen first, and ultimately what draws potential buyers in.

When the Real Stars of the Shoot Are the Four-Legged Residents

We rolled up for a house shoot yesterday, ready to capture all the beauty of a "barndominium". But what we didn’t anticipate? A lineup of professional models disguised as household pets.

✨ First up: The yellow lab who posed like she was auditioning for a luxury home catalog—chin up, perfect lighting, total icon.
✨ Then there were the horses, standing majestically in the pasture like they were waiting for their moment in a country music video. One even gave us a dramatic head toss—pure model behavior.
✨ And let’s not forget the cows, who casually wandered into frame, striking poses like they knew they belonged in an artisanal cheese commercial. One even gave us a perfectly timed side-eye—pure attitude, pure art.

The house was gorgeous, sure. But these photogenic, four-legged superstars? Absolute scene-stealers.
