Good morning everyone.

Today’s workout back workout.

Pull 1
HEAVIER-

Narrow pulldown: 3 sets of 12,10,8 light to heavy, superset with rope cable pullovers 15reps squeezing

Reverse pull down make sure ur elbows are well tucked in 3 sets of 12-12-10 superset with cable ez bar pullover 15 reps squeezing

Machine lat pull down: 4 sets of 12-10-10-8, superset with cross cable pulldown on your knee squeezing each rep 15 reps each.

Wide grip preacher curl: 4 sets of 15 super set with incline dumbbell hammer curls superset with spider curls 4 sets of 15.

Pec-dec- 3 sets of 10-10-6 squeezing 3 secs light to heavy, superset with hammer press drop sets: 6-10-15 each dropset (try to take off the weight fast af)

Hip thrust- 3 sets of 20 squeezing, abductors 4 sets of 25 squeezing, RDLs 3 sets of 20, crunches 4 sets of 25.

Today’s Leg workout:

Quads:
Squats: 3 sets of 20

Leg extensions 2 sets of dropset, no resting in between without stoping: 20, 18,16,18,20 light to heavy and back to light, superset with pause squats with a dumbbell legs bin with apart 3 second pause 6 reps heavier.

Smith machine squat narrow stance: 3 sets of 10-8-6 superset with sissy squats to failure super set with 15 lunges each leg with no weight.

Leg press: 3 sets of 15, 12 and 10( last set do a dropset, 8,6 reps), superset with Hack squats (doing negatives each rep, to failure)

Bulgarian squats 4 sets of 12-10-10-8 heavier each time each leg, squats with one dumbbell heels on a plate 4-6 inch with apart all the way down and negatives (to failure)

Hip Thurst 3 sets of 25 squeezing up top for 3 seconds per rep,superset crunches 4 sets of 25

The best you can do is be consistent. You don’t have to be a perfect 10/10. But most days you need to be on track.
