Three years ago, I explored one of California’s most tragic true crime cases: the disappearance and murder of the McStay family, Summer and Joseph McStay, and their two young sons, Gianni and Joey Jr., on February 4, 2010. While the case had been solved and someone had been arrested, tried, and convicted, I’ve gone back to look at the case countless times since I first covered it finding more details I didn’t have the first time.

Today I went back to a case I can’t seem to forget and took another look because I can’t shake the feeling that there’s more to the story.
