✨ Women’s Gathering ✨

As our community continues to grow and we keep meeting new women, I’m excited to announce our next gathering!

📅 June 19, 2026
🕖 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
📍 349 W. Commercial St., Suite 2190
East Rochester, NY

When I first started these gatherings, my goal was simple: create a space where women could connect, have meaningful conversations, and realize they are not alone.

As more women join us, we will begin creating more structure around our meetings so that they become even more intentional, encouraging, and beneficial for everyone who attends.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, looking for genuine connection, or simply wanting to meet other Christian women, you’re welcome to join us.

This isn’t counseling. It isn’t a networking event. It’s a place to slow down, build meaningful relationships, and grow alongside other women who understand life’s challenges.

Come as you are. Bring a friend if you’d like.

I look forward to meeting you. 💙

Some women aren’t lazy. They’re exhausted.

Not because they’re doing too little.

Because they’re carrying too much.

The marriage.
The kids.
The family drama.
The guilt.
The expectations.
Everyone else’s emotions.

At some point, we have to ask:

What am I carrying that God never asked me to carry?

💬 Have boundaries been difficult for you to learn?

"She didn't come in broken. She came in exhausted from holding it all together for everyone else."

Years of conditioning. Of learning that her needs came last. Of being the strong one, the peacekeeper, the one who made everything okay for everybody else.

And underneath all of it — confusion. Loneliness. And a quiet voice asking: is this really all there is?

It's not.

Biblical counseling isn't about fixing you. It's about showing you what was done to your thinking — and walking you back to truth. God's Word has something to say about every environment you survived. Every relationship that confused you. Every version of yourself you lost along the way.

You're not too far gone. You're just ready. Link in bio.

Loneliness hits different when you start changing.

Especially when the old version of you was easier for everyone else to manage.

The version that stayed quiet.
Overgave.
People-pleased.
Ignored red flags.
Kept toxic relationships alive out of guilt.

Growth changes things.

And sometimes the hardest part of healing is realizing that not everyone wants the healthier version of you.

Some people were only comfortable with you when you had no boundaries, no voice, and no clarity.

But outgrowing unhealthy patterns does not mean you’re becoming cold.
It means you’re becoming aware.

And yes… sometimes growth feels lonely before it starts feeling peaceful. 🤍

She stopped spiraling in shame.

At Life Anchor Center, that is often where the real work begins. Not with hype, but with Scripture, honest conversation, and steady care that helps a woman see God clearly again. 📖

One client came in burdened by church hurt and fear. Over time, she grew grounded, calm, and able to answer lies with truth.

Our Anchor programs, women’s retreats, Salt Room gatherings, and The Inner Room membership are built for that kind of healing.

If you want biblical counseling that is rooted in Reformed theology and real gospel hope, visit the website or send a message to learn more.

One of the hardest things for many Christian women is feeling like they have to be okay all the time.

Strong.
Faithful.
Grateful.
Positive.

But real life doesn’t always look like that.

Sometimes you’re tired.
Sometimes you’re grieving.
Sometimes you’re disappointed.
Sometimes you’re struggling to trust God in a situation you never wanted.

The truth is, faith and struggle can exist in the same heart.

You can love God and still wrestle with hard questions.

You can be grateful for what He’s given you and grieve what you’ve lost.

You can need support, counseling, rest, and wise help without being a “bad Christian.”

Many women are carrying emotional exhaustion, church hurt, disappointment, loneliness, and pressure that nobody sees.

If that’s you, I want you to know you’re not alone.

God is not surprised by your tears.
He is not intimidated by your questions.
And He is near to the brokenhearted.
