Welcome to Julia Tries Dough (previously Julia Briar Co.) where I'm learning sourdough one loaf at a time! My life as a dough girl!

I fell down the sourdough rabbit hole! I recently decided to keep a jar of fermented flour alive and call it a hobby (thanks Thomas Kohler)!
