- Let AI help you clarify your voice—not replace it. Your message matters.

2. Stay present, heart and mind
- Engage like you’re talking to a wise friend: ask, reflect, reframe.
- Don’t just scroll—interact. Your mind thrives on active exchange.
- Sprinkle in humor, gratitude, and warmth. It keeps the conversation human.

3. Protect your mental clarity
- Use AI to support your memory—not to silence your intuition.
- Step away sometimes. Let your own thoughts breathe.
- Journal or voice-note your raw ideas first—then invite AI to help polish.

4. Teach as you learn
