and at last night made me happy. Seeing these bands and hearing these songs I literally grew up with, made me smile and made my heart full. I saw both of these bands for the first time way back in 2000 - Primer at Runways and Hed PE at Sideshow - and have seen them multiple times over the years since. They sounded so crisp and heavy. I was blown away by how good they were.

Nu metal is alive and well. And Buffalo is a nu metal town. Nu metal forever. (Swipe Left👈)

has dropped yet another banger in "Mercy." There is a lot of noticeable Deftones influence here - infectious melodies, great hooks, driving, buzzsaw riffs and immersive vocals. I have been listening on repeat on and since it premiered and I am in love.
