After tech there was a fantastic group of kids running a fundraising car wash at the Rangely fire house. They did a great job washing all the dust off Gertie so she could sparkle for her Glamor shots. We drove up a little hill behind the school with an amazing view. They say rally cars only need to look good 60 feet away at 60 miles per hour but Gertie is always ready for her closeup!

The cars rolled into the finish just a little after midnight under an almost full moon.

Calvin and Will said that the rain plus issues with the windshield fogging resulted in them pulling back the pace on stage 3.

In spite of their struggles they still achieved a 1st in class finish and were 4th overall.

The cars rolled into service just as the sun was almost set. This gave us just enough light to look over the car and see that everything was still solid and ready to go. Calvin and Will had fun over the jump and said they definitely got airborn.

A spot of rain rolled in just as the cars left, no idea if it will be enough to help with all the dust teams have been seeing on the stages. They put down some quick times and are sitting 1st in class and 3rd overall! Let's see if they can keep up the pace on the final leg.

The rally fans here are loving the color of the new wrap and even stopped by service to show us the video they captured of the car going sideways around corners. So happy to be back in Steelville the rally fans here are so awesome!

The Missouri Ozark Rally is now underway and car #723 is 4th on the road!

Teams will race 2 stages before coming back to service around sunset. This means the final 3 stages of the rally will be run in the dark. The temps and humidity have been high today so this should hopefully provide some relief from the brutal conditions.

The car has been through tech, Recce went smooth for the team, and now Will is cleaning up his pacenotes.

Racing starts at 5pm which means cooler temps and the excitement of night stages!

Our RallySpecE46 named Schmutzwagen has gotten a fresh new look just in time for the Missouri Ozark Rally which starts tomorrow!

This weekend the car will be piloted by Calvin Cooper with William Ho in the navigator's seat. This car is also available for rent for future events, please send a message if interested.

This event will be run on the legendary KP to Ollie stage which has not been ran since 2020. This is the stage with the famous Cattle Guard Jump.
