🙏Super Grateful this year to be able to do everything i wanted with music from dropping a double album on my own special editions like pokemon red and blue, to recovering from minor wrist surgery to still play synths and dj some of my favorite local festivals and twitchcon, and play some of my favorite venues with my favorite people and friends and fans!!!! 🌠🌠🌠

House music as medicine? 🧬🎶 According to the National Institute on Aging, regularly listening to house music—especially in the 120–130 BPM range—may help slow biological aging by up to 6 years.

🔗 Researchers analyzed brain scans and genetic data from 35,000+ people and found links between house music listening and:
• Lower cortisol levels (aka less stress, healthier aging)
• Improved heart rate variability (stronger cardiovascular health & longevity)
• Boosted brain activity and cognition, supporting neuroplasticity as we age
