Celebrating my 2 year at my job is an accomplishment on its own. It feels like ive worked here longer than a year but i started back in oct 13 2023 october 13 2024 was my 1 year and now oct 13 2025 is my 2nd year in the company. Ive learned so much in a matter of a year and have been looked at with so much responsibility it feels nice to get acknowledgement for my hard work. I get praises from my managers. It just sucks that at times my home internet goes out and im off work but when im working im always going above and beyond for my customers im also shooting for 100% qa scores and i aim for perfect attendance. I have a manager who is non toxic and coworkers that are drama free . We have created such a positive team . I love working for this company even at times when we are desperately back to back on calls i still put a brave face and help every call. One thing i will say to those that are joining the customer service world is dont get the calls personally . Theyre not angry at you theyre angry at the situation. Even if the answer is no at least try to make the effort listen and empathize itll make you a strong agent.
