We have passed the half way point. We are on day 12, only 9 more to go before our chicks hatch. I started with 36 eggs and so far I have removed 8 from the incubator. 5 were not fertile and not developing anything at all, and the other 3 started developing and then stopped. I honestly wasn't expecting to still have 28 eggs in the incubator thriving at this point. My last hatch rate was awful and I followed the rules exactly. This time I've broken every rule and only 3 of my 31 fertilized eggs have gave up so far. So if you're curious what I did, I havent been turning the eggs, keeping the humidity low and cramming 14 more eggs in there than what it's supposed to hold. Guess it's just my rebellious nature to come out on top by not listening ☠️🤘 🖤
