Well, the neighborhood just got a little SWEETER!

We’ve got some new neighbors joining Potter's Market who sell the most delicious local honey that's made right here in Elizabeth.

And when we say local, we mean local local.
We’re pretty big fans of good things made close to home, so getting to share a little space with another Elizabeth producer feels like a pretty natural fit.

Grab a jar while you’re picking up your bread Saturday. Put it on toast, drizzle it over a warm English Muffin, add it to your coffee, or just stand in the kitchen wondering why local honey tastes so much better.

Good bread. Local honey. Made by neighbors.
Hard to argue with that.

After the cookies were done, I hopped right into the sourdough loaves. The rack is filling up quite nicely. Pictured here is the honey oatmeal that is on special this week as well as my everyday versatile OG loaves.

Bake day is underway! I'm getting the day started with cookies! This week marks the biggest week for cookies so far for me. This morning I'm making over 300 combined of the sourdough salted caramel chocolate chip and everyone's new favorite the brown butter cornbread cookie.

And if you didn't already know, the cornbread cookies are gluten free!
