Elkhart County 4-H fairgrounds

This is an ALL day celebration of culture and community.

Highlights include:
- Spinning class (early morning)
- Weightlifting competition
- Soccer tournament

- Monster truck (3pm)
- Bounce house + train rides for kids
- Mechanical bull
- Food + vendor booths

- Folkloric dance performances
- Traditional costume parade
- Music by DJ Payaso + DJ Jairo Sanchez
- Live performances by Juliet Mendoza and El RomƔntico

Did you know about the Niles Renaissance Faire? They just presented their 7th year of medieval joy!

Itā€™s obvious why this event is gaining more momentum each year. Guests arenā€™t just going to enjoy the entertainment, they are arriving in their own amazing historic costumes.

This feels like a community event that everyone takes pride in and cares a lot about.

Have you seen the new visitor center at Wellfield Botanic Gardens? It's a beautiful time to visit and walk with a friend. Here are some things to know before you go:

- Free admission day for Elkhart county residents is on Tuesdays. Just register on the website before you arrive.

- Yoga, bird walks, and thai chi in the gardens are some of the regular community activities. Can be found on the website calendar.

- Later in the summer, usually late August, we anticipate the annual Taste of the Gardens event.

- Wellfield honors the American Horticultural Society's Reciprocal Admission Program. This means you can use your membership to visit other gardens, such as the Potawatomi Conservatories.
