Art in the Park did NOT disappoint! 🎨🛍️

Ryan and I spent the day exploring and came home with treasures: buffalo wing gator toes, a bat necklace, cheese from California, the most delicious garlic sauce, and the cutest little trailer decoration. 😂

Things that happen in an RV park… 😅

We were headed out to pick up a Walmart order when we noticed police blocking the entrance to the RV park. Turns out there was a police standoff.

They let us leave, but by the time we got back, every road was closed and things had escalated. We couldn’t get back to our trailer, so we parked on a dirt road and hiked about 20 minutes through sagebrush (and probably a few people’s property 😅) just to get home.

The car stayed behind until almost 2 a.m. when everything finally cleared.

Life on the road is never boring. 😂

Yesterday’s power outage turned into a whole little adventure 😂

From waiting outside, to seeking refuge in Bossy’s trailer, checking the mail like that would somehow fix it, and finally getting power back thanks to Nevada Energy… trailer life really keeps us humble.

✨ Meet the faces behind Hangin’ with the Hansons! 🌲🚐

Hey! We’re Ashley and Ryan. 👋

We traded the “normal” life for full-time travel trailer living, chasing mountain views, hidden gems, and the freedom to call wherever we park home.

Ryan is a driller, and I’m the one behind the camera (and usually covered in yarn or flour 😂). When I’m not filming our adventures, you’ll find me crocheting, baking sourdough in an air fryer, reading, hiking, or collecting little treasures from every place we visit.

Our tiny home is shared with our two dogs and two cats, who make every mile a little more chaotic and a whole lot sweeter. ❤️ We also carry the memory of our sweet Fillmore with us everywhere we go.

Life on the road isn’t always picture-perfect. There are coffee spills, breakdowns, tiny kitchens, and plenty of unexpected detours—but we wouldn’t trade this life for anything.

Well… the Fourth of July didn’t exactly go as planned. 😂🇺🇸

Ryan tried taking our broken-down Excursion out for a test drive, but we only made it around the block before it locked up again. So… back to Bossy’s house on the tow strap it went. 😅

We can’t wait to get this truck fixed and back on the road. We definitely miss it more than we ever thought we would!
