One of our favored things as kids around Christmas time was to go look at all the lights. Took a little day trip and e we are so grateful to have ended it with some good food as a family and some lovely lights in the city.

We have been watching a show about a girls witch academy (hence the more halloween like cokies than christmas 🤣) at night as a family and in one of the episodes a girl took a blue potion to run super fast. Now my son wants to be just like her and has been asking to make a blue potion for the last two days. So I came up with blue potion cookies. Vegan of course. They’re not pretty! But they are very good and now he gets his blue potion!
We have lots of fun making these.
