Hurricane Ian continues to become more organized. Tropical storm conditions are currently being felt on Grand Cayman Island. Ian could become a major hurricane later tonight as it approaches Cuba.
Category 3 Hurricane Fiona is bearing down on Grand Turk Island. The center is just east of Cockburn Town. Winds near the center are around 115 mph.
🌧 The rain is not done in Puerto Rico just yet. 🌊Hurricane conditions continue for the Dominican Republic. Here is the very latest on Fiona.
There is still some very heavy rainfall around Puerto Rico this morning, but not as widespread as yesterday. Keep in mind that rivers will continue to rise even with lighter rain totals expected today.

Still no Bonnie, but heavy rain and gusty winds are expected for the ABC Island today through tonight. Flash flooding is likely in some areas.
An EF-1 tornado with peak wind gusts of 86 to 110 mph caused some structural damage in Arecibo, PR on Sunday. Land tornadoes are fairly rare in Puerto Rico. In fact, this could be the strongest tornado to ever strike the island.
