Transplant is complete!!!

Transplant went very well. No clogging or blockages, just a quick 20 minute process. Marcus hasn't been happy all day and slept through the transplant process. After he woke up, he decided he wanted to play a little bit. He drove his cars on my chest. While that isn't a lot, it is quite a bit better than last BMT. Marcus is now hooked up to a PCA and chilling in his crib.

Chemo is officially over for his Bone Marrow Transplant. Marcus will have today and tomorrow as rest days before his Bone Marrow Transplant on Thursday. His NG tube has been moved up to today as he hasn't really eaten for the past few days. Despite finishing an entire round of chemo, Marcus is still in very high spirits. He still has the same desire to play and dance. He has been very talkative to everyone he sees. Marcus has even played catch with some of the faculty. We are still expecting a dip but we are cherishing the time of him being happy now.

SATURDAY DECEMBER 20th- UGLY SWEATER RAVE!

You read that right, we are doing an ugly sweater X rave mash up and you won’t want to miss it!

Wear your best ugly sweater ( Did I mention there’s a contest?) and dance under the glowing lights to the sounds of DJ TRICK FLAIR!
