🚨 Travel Update for Mexico Travelers.... V**e & E-Cigarette Ban 🇲🇽✈️
If you’re heading to Mexico soon, this is something you’ll want to know before you pack.
Mexico has officially enforced a total ban on vapes and e-cigarettes, now fully in effect. This includes possession, sale, manufacture, distribution, and advertising, with the law updated to include fines and potential criminal penalties.
What this means for travelers right now:
~V**es and e-cigarettes should not be brought into Mexico
~Confiscation, fines, or other penalties are possible
~Enforcement may vary by location (airports, customs, resorts), but the law is now on the books
Mexico originally banned imports and sales back in 2022, but this recent update strengthens the law at a constitutional level, with tougher penalties finalized in December 2025 and now being enforced.

I’m sharing this as a travel advisory, not speculation. How strictly it’s enforced on the ground can vary—but when traveling internationally, it’s always best to err on the side of caution.

My name is Jenifer, but everyone calls me Jen. I am a mom of 3 kids and have 7 beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I just celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary. I used to drive school bus but now I am lucky enough to have a job from home. I used to help promote a friend who had a group that went to Jamaicia every year. I would have the newbies with all the information from A to Z to have them as prepared as they could be. I have taken that love of travel, experience and leveled up to now being a travel agent! I can help people book pretty much anything and anywhere in the States to going abroad. Need a weekend get away air bnb? I got it! Looking for events such as concerts, sporting events and more? I have a link for you! On top of that, I am also a licensed officiant so I can marry a happy couple and book their honeymoon. I can be very laid back to super elegant. Non-denominational, religious and LGBQT friendly. I approach your day of doing it your way. I might give suggestions but, in the end, it is what the couple wants.
