Econo Lodge in Eugene has bed bugs. When my friend asked for her money back the attendant was very rude and said "our policy is to have an exterminator come out determine if there are bed bugs then we issue a refund" she told her to go look at the room and the bed and it would be visible that they have bed bugs. She told her that she actually has to inform the people there that they have an infestation. My friend literally just needed a room for a couple hours to rest before a big job and didn't know this place was that bad!! She just wants her money back and they are fighting tooth and nail over 100 dollars, knowing they have bed bugs. Smh. That could really devastate someones life. Please share!
