🚨IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY REMINDER🚨
Hi friends! 🫶🏼
❗️Please READ each policy and INITIAL in the comments to confirm that you’ve read/understand them and so I know you’ve reviewed the policies.❗️
Moving forward, these policies will be consistently enforced for ALL clients. I’ve always done my best to be as understanding + lenient as possible, but I’ve learned that having clear boundaries is necessary to protect my time, business, and the experience of everyone who books with me!
I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without being charged a fee. This applies to ALL services! Last minute cancellations + rescheduling makes it extremely difficult to fill your appointment spot and results in lost business on my half.
➡️CANCELLATIONS
- If you cancel within 48 or more hours before your scheduled appointment, you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel in less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you WILL be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service.
- Cancelling the day of your scheduled appointment, you WILL be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service.
➡️RESCHEDULING
- If you reschedule within 48 or more hours before your scheduled appointment, you will NOT be charged a rescheduling fee.
- If you reschedule in less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you WILL be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service.
- Rescheduling the day of your scheduled appointment you WILL be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service.
➡️NO SHOWS
You will receive a reminder/confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment.
- If I arrive at your scheduled location and do not hear from you within 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service + any applicable travel fee.
➡️LATE ARRIVALS
- If you’re running a few minutes behind, please PLEASE let me know as soon as possible! If my schedule allows, I may be able to move on to my next client and still fit you in later that day.
- Being more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled, and the applicable fee will be required.
As a mobile service, I strategically schedule appointments around travel time, locations, and service durations. One late appointment can affect the rest of my schedule and delay other clients.
➡️TRAVEL FEES
A flat travel fee is based on the distance from my location in Port Neches, TX to your appointment location:
0–10 miles: No travel fee
11–15 miles: $15 travel fee
16–20 miles: $20 travel fee
21+ miles: $30 travel fee
Travel fees are implemented to cover additional mileage, travel expenses, time and vehicle wear!
➡️EMERGENCIES & REPEATED POLICY VIOLATIONS
I completely understand that life happens! Genuine medical, family, or personal emergencies will always be taken into consideration and will not be used against you! 🫶🏼
However, repeated cancellations, rescheduling, no shows, or late arrivals can significantly impact my schedule, business and other clients. After 3 policy violations, I will decline any future bookings and no longer accept you as a client.
➡️REFUNDS
I put a lot of time, product, and effort into every single appointment. My services are not refundable.

These policies are thoughtfully written with both you + my business in mind! Some may feel harsh, but they’re in place to keep things running smoothly, fair for everyone, and allow me to continue providing the personalized service you deserve!
