JOIN THE BLOOD PACT FILMS TEAM

Blood Pact Films is seeking a Manager of Acquisitions to help expand our growing catalog of independent films.

The Manager of Acquisitions will be responsible for identifying potential distribution opportunities, building relationships with filmmakers, reviewing submissions, and helping bring new titles to Blood Pact Films.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source independent films for distribution consideration
• Build relationships with filmmakers, producers, sales agents, and industry professionals
• Review screeners and evaluate potential acquisitions
• Track and manage acquisition opportunities and industry contacts
• Represent Blood Pact Films within filmmaker communities, festivals, and industry events
• Assist in growing the Blood Pact Films catalog and filmmaker network

Ideal Candidates:

• Passionate about independent film and genre cinema
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable working remotely
• Able to identify films that fit the Blood Pact Films brand and audience
• Previous industry experience is a plus but not required

Blood Pact Films currently represents nearly 100 independent film titles across streaming, digital, and physical media platforms and continues to expand its distribution network and filmmaker partnerships.

Please join us in welcoming Amanda Wisniewski as Director of Filmmaker Relations for Blood Pact Films.

Amanda brings a diverse background in customer relations, management, multimedia production, and project coordination to the Blood Pact Films team. A graduate of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Entertainment Arts, Amanda has built her career around communication, creativity, leadership, and problem-solving.

Throughout her professional career, Amanda has held leadership and management positions, trained staff, coordinated projects, worked directly with customers, and developed strong organizational skills that help teams operate efficiently and effectively. Her experience in multimedia production and videography also gives her a unique understanding of the creative process and the challenges filmmakers face.

As Director of Filmmaker Relations, Amanda serves as a primary point of contact for filmmakers throughout their partnership with Blood Pact Films. She oversees filmmaker onboarding, project coordination, communication, and ongoing support while helping ensure every filmmaker receives the attention and guidance they deserve.

Amanda's dedication to building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional service reflects the filmmaker-first philosophy that Blood Pact Films was founded upon.

International Sales & Distribution Representative

Blood Pact Films is looking for a motivated, hungry individual who wants to break into the film industry and learn the world of film distribution, acquisitions, and international sales.

This is not a corporate office job.

This is an opportunity to help independent films find audiences around the world while gaining hands-on experience with a growing independent distribution company.

Responsibilities:

• Research international distributors, broadcasters, and streaming platforms
• Identify potential licensing and sales opportunities
• Build relationships with industry contacts
• Assist with acquisitions and catalog growth
• Research AVOD, SVOD, FAST, television, and physical media opportunities
• Help expand Blood Pact Films into new territories and markets

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for film, especially horror and genre films
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Willingness to learn
• Comfortable networking and reaching out to industry professionals
• Previous industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
