🪹The Empty Nest🪹
The empty nest is an amazing stage in life. I am sincerely honored to be able to witness so many clients/friends experience the ups and downs of this life transition. Yes, it can be hard editing all of your "things" and the memories they conjure - but the freedom of choosing your next adventure after successfully "launching" those kiddos, (who are often becoming "nesters" of their own and thusly providing the joy of grandchildren for for the empty nester!), it is a delightful and deeply satisfying time of life. Congrats to you, Greg & Gretchen! And a shoutout to my friend Chris (now the "nester") for referring your fabulous parents!

🚚Sleepless in Seattle No More!🚚
Congrats to my friends Melisa and Robin who will be driving a massive UHaul to MN from Seattle, WA in the next few weeks! It was time to return to MN for fabulous schools, proximity to family, four definitive seasons, and heck, a really great Realtor. They have many MANY plans for their new home, and I can NOT wait to see the results. Thank you both for your trust from half a country away, introducing me to your family, and all of our fun FaceTime moments along the way. So excited you will be my neighbors very soon! ❤️

Each time we close on a home, we have a good story. Yu was a referral from a long-time, dear friend of mine (Nakia). Interestingly, he bikes everywhere - no car! And now Yu has a fabulous 2-car garage for his bike, and is well within the radius of ride time to his office. We had a long run, Groveland! It is bittersweet to be wrapping up this chapter, but I’m immensely proud of Brody - who is brave, smart, joyous, stubborn and deeply caring. On to summer baseball, freezies, whiffle ball, frog catching and dog walking! Think of me in the Fall - one starting middle school and one starting high school. 🤪

I am so proud of this girl. Wrapping up Middle School with amazing friends, grades, activities and a kind, loving heart. T got to play in the 8th graders v. Staff basketball game as a bookend, leaves for D.C. in two days and in a few short weeks, starts driver’s ed. Woof. This mama’s barely hanging on! Love you, Peanut!
