🚨 QUICK! NO GOOGLING. NO ASKING SIRI. NO AI. NO CHEATING. 😂

How many of these can you still do WITHOUT your phone?
☎️ Recite 3 phone numbers from memory
🗺️ Drive somewhere 30+ minutes away - without GPS
➗ Do 15% of $72 - in your head
🧭 Point NORTH from where you're sitting right now
🎂 Remember 5 people's birthdays - without Facebook reminding you
🍳 Make a meal - without looking at a recipe
📺 Remember what night your favorite TV show used to come on
😴 Sit somewhere for 15 minutes - without picking up your phone

SO, HOW'D YOU DO?? 😂
We went down a VERY entertaining road on this week's Living Well Together asking:

👉 ARE WE LOSING THE ART OF BEING HUMAN?

Because life has gotten unbelievably convenient — and we're certainly not volunteering to give ALL of that back. 😂

But it got us wondering...
What did we used to KNOW how to do that we've slowly handed over to our phones, apps, Amazon, GPS and Google?

And here's where I want you guys to play along:

👇 DROP ONE IN THE COMMENTS!

What's something you could do as a kid/young adult that younger people today might look at you like you have THREE HEADS if you asked them to do it?

DR. TERRY + LISA MAY HAVE JUST LOST HALF THEIR LISTENERS. 😂😂😂 Or found their people. Could truly go either way.

This week on Living Well Together, they decided to have a perfectly normal, sensible conversation about...
🌕 Whether we actually landed on the moon
👽 Area 51 + aliens
🕵🏻 Who REALLY killed JFK
🦍 Bigfoot (Dr. Terry is disappointingly skeptical 😂)
✈️ Chemtrails + weather manipulation
🐻 BerenSTAIN vs. BerenSTEIN
🚢 Whether the Titanic was actually... the Titanic
🌎 And then wrapped it up discussing FLAT EARTH.
As one does. 😂

There was very little preparation. There were LOTS of opinions. Dr. Terry was in his element and has been waiting his entire life for the opportunity to grab a microphone and talk about conspiracy theories. 🤣

But underneath all the crazy, there’s actually a question these two think we should ask a whole lot more often:
“Why do you think that?”
Not "what have you been told?"
Not "what does everybody else think?"
But "WHY do YOU think what you think?"
So grab your tinfoil hat, suspend judgment for a hot minute, and come laugh with them.

👇 What conspiracy theory do you secretly think might actually be TRUE? 👀

Drop it below. This could be really fun. 😂

Okay… this one gets a little woo-woo. 💫 But what if “frequency” isn’t quite as woo-woo as it sounds?

Light has frequency. Sound has frequency. The earth has an electromagnetic field. Our bodies use electrical impulses. Even when we're perfectly still, there is an incredible amount of activity happening inside us.

So in this episode, we decided to GO THERE. 🔌
We're talking about frequency, vibration, energy and how our environment may influence how we feel... from sunlight, music, nature and grounding to artificial light, screens, Wi-Fi and wearable technology.

For years, back when Lisa didn't live in a state of curiosity, frequency felt a little too mystical for her until she had this awareness:
If God created light, sound, nature, electricity, our nervous system and the rhythms built into our bodies… why wouldn't we wonder about how they interact with us too?

We chatted about all of this:
✨ Schumann resonance
🌳 Grounding + forest bathing
🎶 Music + the stress response
☀️ Sunlight + artificial light
⚡ EMFs
🧠 The nervous system + fight-or-flight
🛏️ PEMF + the VEMI bed
⌚ WaveWatch + personalized frequencies
📱 Wearable technology
🙏 And where FAITH fits into all of it

Ultimately, the takeaway is pretty simple:
Pay attention to what changes your physical, emotional and spiritual state! The music you listen to. The light you're exposed to. The people you're around. The time you spend outside. The technology surrounding you.

Sometimes living well isn't about adding another complicated thing. Sometimes it's SO boringly simple!! Getting outside. Feeling the sun. Walking barefoot in the grass. Listening to music you love. Spending time with people who make you laugh. Quieting some of the noise.

And maybe getting your frequency back in rhythm. 😉

Come get a little woo-woo with us. We promise to bring it back down to earth. We're so glad you're here!!

What if the hardest thing you've walked through could become part of your purpose? ❤️

This week on Living Well Together, Dr. Terry and Lisa are sitting down with local author, dad, and multiple myeloma advocate Brice Davis.

Brice was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in his early 30s, while raising a young daughter and already navigating some really hard things in his personal life.

His story eventually became his book, Rise Anyway… and they LOVE the message behind that title.

Because this conversation isn't just about cancer.

It's about the valleys we ALL walk through. Mental health. Fatherhood. Family. Asking for help. Finding purpose. And remembering, especially when you're right smack in the middle of a hard season, that how you feel today isn't necessarily how you're going to feel forever.

There CAN be a bounce-back. ❤️

And sometimes the things we would have NEVER chosen for our story end up changing us in ways we couldn't have imagined.

They also managed to talk about strawberry banana smoothies, his serious love of chicken wings, and Brice's former hip-hop career that they unsuccessfully tried to resurrect right there in the studio! 😂 He was a good sport though!

This one is heartfelt, hopeful, funny, and VERY Living Well Together.

Ever heard these phrases????? "Hey girl... I have an opportunity for you!" 😂Or... "Have you ever thought about being your own boss?" 😉 Or... "You'd be AMAZING at this!" 💕

For a lot of people, those messages became the reason they started rolling their eyes whenever they heard the letters MLM.

But here's the thing... Those messages aren't what multi-level marketing actually is.

In this week's episode of Living Well Together, Lisa and Dr. Terry take an honest look at one of the most misunderstood business models in the world.

Together, they explore:
✨ The history of multi-level marketing
✨ Where the stigma came from
✨ The difference between a legitimate direct-selling company and a pyramid scheme
✨ The filters they've always used before saying "yes" to any opportunity

💚 They also share a behind-the-scenes update about the exciting new European wellness company they're adding to the Living Well portfolio, and why this decision has been months in the making.

Whether you've loved direct selling, been skeptical of it, or simply wondered what all the fuss is about, this conversation offers a thoughtful perspective that's rooted in experience, discernment, and integrity.

Have you ever felt like your brain has about 47 tabs open... and you have no idea where the music is coming from? 😂 That was Lisa in this episode. Her energy was so spun up, you might be thinking she had taken the ni****ne, chased it with caffeine, and topped it all off with a handful of nootropics.

She had not.

It was just family, business, big projects, exciting opportunities, looming deadlines, Barbara O’Neill event preparations... and apparently enough natural adrenaline to power the entire podcast studio! 😅 No, really!

But before any of that, Honey makes her official podcast singing debut—and honestly, she steals the show. Be sure to stay for the grand finale too. 🎤💕

Once everyone settles in, well, sort of, Dr. Terry and Lisa dive into one of their most interesting conversations yet:

🧠 Why so many of us feel mentally overloaded
🧠 ADHD brains and the search for better focus
🧠 Nootropics and the promise of a cognitive edge
🧠 Ni****ne... yes, that ni****ne
🧠 And why quick fixes often miss the bigger question: Why does your brain need rescuing in the first place?

Terry also shares his very real history with smokeless to***co, the moment he knew it had become more than a casual habit, and why seeing ni****ne show up in the wellness world brought up an unexpected, “Well, hello, old friend...” moment.

This conversation is curious, candid, a little chaotic, and very much real life. Because sometimes the best place to begin isn’t with another trendy tool. It’s with sleep, movement, nourishment, a well-supported nervous system... and perhaps closing a few of those 47 tabs. And download Dr. T's free Cognitive Optimization Guide while your there!

🎧 Grab your coffee and come hang out with them, and don’t miss Honey’s debut!

😂 Going through the change...

Wait...which one? 😆

The loose change in the cupholder?

The life change?

The career change?

The empty nest change?

The "going through the change" change? 🤣

This week, what started as a conversation about sorting quarters for the car wash somehow turned into one of Terry and Lisa's favorite discussions yet.

They laughed (a lot), wandered down more rabbit trails than usual, talked about butterflies, pruning seasons, faith, fear, raising kids, marriage, and why God so often grows us in seasons we'd never choose for ourselves.

If you've been feeling like life is shifting beneath your feet... if you're standing at the edge of something new... or if you've ever wondered why change feels so uncomfortable... this episode is for you.

Sometimes the life we're praying for is waiting just on the other side of the thing we're resisting.

🎙️ Episode 133: Going Through the Change is live!

We'd love to know...
Has there ever been a change in your life that you resisted at first... but later realized it became one of God's greatest blessings? We have a list, but would genuinely love to hear from you!!

🍽️ What if the healthiest thing you could do for your family this week wasn't another supplement...but simply gathering around the table? 🥹 Sounds too good to be true, right?!

Somewhere along the way, we traded home-cooked meals for convenience, family conversations for busy schedules, and life-giving traditions for drive-thrus and distractions.

But what if we could bring them back?

In this week's episode of Living Well Together, Dr. Terry and Lisa are sharing a conversation that's incredibly close to their hearts.

They're talking about family meals...
Healthy rhythms...
Getting kids involved in the kitchen...
Creating connection around the table...
And why some of the most powerful wellness habits have nothing to do with perfection, and everything to do with simply showing up together.

❤️ And they're extra excited to finally share that Lisa's newest book, The Living Well Family Table, is officially LIVE as an eBook!

Inside you'll find:
✨ 30+ family favorite recipes
✨ A 6-week meal plan
✨ Grocery shopping guides
✨ Family kitchen agreements

🚨 🎙️ What if the biggest obstacle to lasting weight loss isn't a lack of willpower...but the way we've been taught to think about weight loss in the first place?

In this week's episode of Living Well Together: Big Life in a Small Town, Dr. Terry and Lisa McCoskey challenge one of the biggest myths in health and wellness:

The idea that another diet is the answer. Instead, they explore why lasting transformation begins by restoring metabolic health, not simply trying to lose weight. That in truth - weight loss should be the "side effect" to an optimal health path.

In this episode, they discuss:
✔️ Why nearly 90% of diets fail long-term
✔️ The hidden role of fasting insulin and metabolic dysfunction
✔️ Why muscle is one of your body's most important metabolic organs
✔️ The surprising connection between sleep, cravings, and weight gain
✔️ Simple lifestyle shifts that create lasting results
✔️ Why sustainable health will always outperform temporary dieting

Their message is simple: Weight is most often a symptom... NOT the root problem.

When we restore the body's ability to function well, so many other things begin to improve: energy, brain clarity, inflammation, confidence, and yes...often the weight follows.

Whether you're beginning your wellness journey or you've been stuck in the cycle of losing and regaining the same pounds for years, this conversation offers hope and practical next steps.

🚨 What if your body has been trying to warn you... and you've been hitting the snooze button? At 1:00 AM, their smoke alarms jolted them awake. Thankfully there wasn't a fire... but the experience sparked a powerful conversation.

What if our bodies work the same way?

Long before chronic illness develops, our bodies often send little "chirps"... fatigue, poor sleep, headaches, brain fog, rising blood pressure, aches and pains. They're not the problem... they're the warning signs.

In this week's episode of Living Well Together, Dr. Terry and Lisa talk about:
✨ Why stress was designed for emergencies - not everyday life
✨ The difference between prevention and early detection
✨ Why so many people ignore the early warning signs
✨ Simple ways to "check your batteries" before your health reaches a crisis

We also share why we're excited about organizations like Knew Health, which are helping shift the conversation toward prevention and healthy living rather than simply managing disease.

💙 They'd love to hear from you...
Has your body ever given you a warning sign that you wish you hadn't ignored?
