"More inspiring than anything I’ve ever seen." - by Skylar Howes. 133 hours of racing Dakar to finish dead last. Dunes in the dark. Out of water. Crashing constantly. He was ready to quit, but local spectators revived him with chai. Despite hyperthermia, he finished.

The ULTIMATE SKID PLATE is mounted to the stock framework and provides excellent coverage of the vital engine components including the water pump, engine block, clutch cover and ignition cover. In addition, this design extends back far enough to provide unique coverage of the rear exhaust pipe, not seen in other designs. Strategically placed holes in the front and slots on the sides provide excellent airflow to help dissipate heat. It is installed with top quality stainless steel torx-head countersunk bolts for a smooth finish.

This design has maximized ground clearance while allowing for a critical “crush zone” between the plate and critical components like the header pipe. The plate is made from 3/16-inch 5052 aluminum. Unlike harder materials used by other manufacturers, this type gives a bit on impact, lessening the force transmitted to mounting points as well as being less likely to crack.

The MULTI-FUNCTION REAR RACKS are pure artwork with a rugged twist. Made of ¼” aluminum and pre-drilled for RotoPax fuel / water containers, these racks provide the extra luggage capacity needed for your next adventure and the capability to increase your fuel range with ease. Using top quality torx-head countersunk bolts, the rear rack bolts directly to the frame for a solid platform. Oversized perimeter holes make lashing down your gear a breeze as well.

The ever-popular TRACTION FOOTPEGS will be available soon which offer ½” lower and larger platform. This design is a HUGE upgrade over the stock pegs – more control, more comfort, less fatigue and a handy bottle opener on the bottom.
