Recipe:

Valentine's Day Strawberry Chocolate Avocado Pudding

2 large avocados
1/2 cup strawberries (cut) plus a few for garnish.
5 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
4 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1 5oz can coconut cream or 5 oz coconut creamer

put all ingredients into a food processer and blend until very smooth then garnish with some more fresh strawberries

Thanks to traziarae for teaching me how easy pickles can be!
My version:

1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
2 Tbsp kosher or pickling salt
2 Tbsp sugar
Peppercorns
Red chili flakes
Fresh dill
Several cloves of garlic
Bring liquid and salt and sugar to a boil and let cool 10 min
Pour liquid over jar contents and let cool on counter before placing in the fridge. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Note: these must be refrigerated and are not shelf stable.
