The truth is, loyalty is one of my strongest currencies. No opportunity—no matter how impressive the number—can persuade me to compromise the people or partnerships I value. I’ve turned down a six-figure offer because it cut someone out of a deal who stood for integrity. That is not how I move. Alignment over shortcuts. Integrity over opportunism. This journey stays on track.
