Who’s ready to see the POWRi midgets invade Doe Run Raceway this Friday night?? It’s gonna be the biggest show of the year so far! Joining the midgets is the non wing outlaw micros (racing for $1,000), non wing restricted micros, and non wing jr sprints. Both kart classes will be racing also but they will keep the wings on. Come join us for a great night of racing!

I, Jeremy Sutton, was traveling yesterday, so I never got a chance to put into words my thoughts on the passing of Kyle Busch. Growing up and in my early adult life, I was a huge NASCAR fan; one of the things I enjoyed doing the most was rooting against Kyle Busch. I never met the guy, never spoke to him in person, but I would see his cocky interviews and dislike the guy immensely.
The last few years, when he and Brexton started running dirt and micros across the country, I found myself rooting for the guy and having new respect for him. From all accounts, he appeared to be a great father, and he really seemed to enjoy his dirt track racing and racing against and alongside Brexton. His dirt interviews were always fun to listen to.
In closing, hug your loved ones; you never know when it's your time. Please keep his family and close friends in your prayers this Memorial Day week.

We hear there is an important fair board meeting tonight involving the new promoter. Maybe if we get enough reaction to this post we can get an announcement from the track tonight? Anyone have any guesses who it is? If so, drop it in the comments!
