Some people aren’t attached to you—
they’re attached to who you’re connected to.

And when access is limited…
confusion turns into frustration,
frustration turns into anger,
and anger reveals motive.

This is the year to be wise, not wide open.

Manipulators thrive on discord because they have no cord—no loyalty, no depth, no covenant. They plant seeds of suspicion, stir quiet competition, and create distrust because separation benefits them. If they can’t reach who’s connected to you, they’ll try to disrupt you.

Pay attention.

Discernment matters because not everyone around you is rooting for your alignment—some are monitoring it. Secret competition is real. So is silent resentment. And access is a privilege, not a right.

Wisdom says:
✔️ Not every door needs to be opened
✔️ Not every question deserves an answer
✔️ Not everyone gets proximity
✔️ Peace is protection

If someone needs confusion to feel powerful, they were never meant to be close.

I realized something simple—and freeing.

If I don’t choose me,
I can’t truly show up for others,
or be the mother I’m called to be.

Sometimes choosing myself looks like rest.
Sometimes it looks like time away.
Sometimes it’s laughter, fun, quiet, or doing absolutely nothing at all 😌

And none of it takes away from love.
It actually protects it.

Because a rested heart gives better hugs.
A full soul brings more joy.
And a woman who honors her needs shows up happier, lighter, and present.

So yes—I choose me.
So I can keep choosing us.

you stop discounting it for people, situations,
or cycles that disturb your spirit.

Protect your peace like it’s sacred—because it is.
Not everything deserves access to you.
Not every conversation needs your energy.
Not every invitation requires a response.

Stay in a place of contentment.
Continue choosing alignment over approval.
Stillness over chaos.
Wisdom over reaction.

You don’t owe anyone your peace.
And you don’t need to explain why you’re guarding it.

If a man chooses to keep you a secret, it is not because you are too much—
it’s because he is not positioned to steward visibility.

Honor his request with dignity.

Not with arguments.
Not with explanations.
Not with waiting rooms or hope deferred.

You remove yourself from his reach because access is earned, not assumed.
Because a woman of value does not negotiate for presence.
Because peace is more powerful than proximity.

And understand this:
