🚨 PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION SHORTAGES: PATIENTS REPORT WEEKS-LONG WAITS

Patients are reporting difficulty getting certain prescription medications filled at Walgreens and other pharmacies, with some saying they have waited three weeks or longer or have been forced to contact multiple pharmacies searching for medication.

Federal and state information confirms that prescription drug shortages remain an ongoing problem, although available national data does not establish three weeks as the average pharmacy wait time.

For patients who depend on medication every day, a shortage can quickly become more than an inconvenience.

📍 Haynes Broadcasting Media & Production is following the issue.

Have you experienced a prescription being backordered or unavailable at your pharmacy? How long have you been waiting?
