Im a mother first before I was diagnosed with STAGE 4 CANCER! Anybody that knows me knows that my daughter is my FIRST PRIORITY‼️
Being sick these past two years have made it difficult to be a present parent but my mom/tribe has stepped in and picked up in the areas that I was lacking in🥹💙
Being able to be out at the track with my baby gives me so much joy and peace😍💫🙏🏾 I’m trying to stay in my parent role and not coach her😂🤭 but it’s so hard when you were a great athlete‼️
I didn’t start running track till I was 13 so to see her get out there at 9 just warms my heart ☺️❤️
“Being a mom means showing strength even when you’re scared. Being a mom with stage 4 cancer means redefining that strength every single day. I fight not just for me—but for my daughter who looks up to me every single day!! To see how I’m going to respond and react.
IT’LL ALL WORK OUT 🙌🏽☺️💙
