n reference to my discovering that there was two of me. There’s the me I pretended to be to hid the me I’d silently become over the years… the me I really was… “The Me I Couldn’t See.” This was the deepest and most scared parts of my being. The me that longed to be healed… longed to be made whole. One day I discovered that God desired healing for me more than I did. So my confidence is not in my own ability to say or do anything to make my way prosperous. My unshakable confidence is in my God who before the foundation of the world decided on Robyn! He wrote the path of my journey from the finish line back. He’s unmoved even when I mess up and miss the mark (so thought in my mind). His mind remains unchanged concerning me. When in the heat of the match I retreat to my corner, His confidence in me sends me back into the fight refortified, revitalized, and re-energized with my eyes set on the win! When it seems to me to be the worst of times, He responds “Situation Excellent!”

My Brother My Sister just as you are, right where you are, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. God has a divine purpose and destiny for your lives. I’m honored to be able to share my journey with you and Thank You in advance for sharing yours with me. As we journey together know that I’m in your corner cheering you on. Healing is guaranteed wholeness is a process.

Day 12 — Nov 5, 2025 with my new feet & leg compression wraps 🦋

If I’m honest… that first week wasn’t easy. I spent a lot of days just staring at them.

But this week, I reminded myself —
Lymphedema and Lipedema are parts of my life I manage,
not battles that defeat me. 💪🏽

Even when I don’t have the strength,
my faith stands tall.

Because Luke 17v14 reminds me, “they were healed as they went.” — And so I go.

I go knowing that healing was guaranteed through Christ’s shed blood,
but wholeness is a process — a journey taken one day at a time… sometimes, one step at a time. ✨

Father, thank you for being the God who is concerned about the details of our lives. You miss nothing and use everything to align us with purpose and to get us to your expected end. Your Flourishing Finish. Thank you for keeping us in your hands. For that we are grateful and will forever give you the praise, in Jesus name Amen!

Faith and favor

I walk in faith and favor. Even when I can’t see the full picture, I trust the One who holds it. Doors open for me that others said were impossible—not because of my strength, but because favor goes before me. I am not overlooked. I am not forgotten. I am chosen, covered, and equipped. Faith keeps me steady, and favor keeps me moving forward. Where others see limits, I see the hand of God making a way.

I don’t just hope for blessings—I expect them, because favor is my portion and faith is my posture.

Reflecting on my journey thus far, I recall a pivotal moment when I felt divinely guided by Holy Spirit to embrace and fall in love with the me I saw at my heaviest. Now, having lost 163 pounds and continuing my progress, the reason for this guidance is clear. The essence of Robyn, present at nearly 500 pounds, deserved the same unconditional love and admiration as the Robyn I am now rediscovering and reclaiming.

The physical transformations are a source of joy, as I see aspects of myself I thought were lost forever. I am profoundly grateful for the internal healing I have experienced. Healing from the inside out. The outward presentation has always been a reflection of my true self, previously concealed by fear of exposure. I will always remember the day Holy Spirit told me, "You don't need it anymore, Robyn," referring to my weight. He assured me that I would no longer need to protect myself in this manner and could release this burden when ready. I'm so glad I listened to the Father and did what He instructed me to do.

I am deeply appreciative of the Father's unwavering patience and the Holy Spirit's presence during my most challenging times. The Lord's promise of never leaving or forsaking me has been a constant, even when I desired solitude. For this, I am eternally thankful.

Ultimately, it was the Father's love that provided the strength to overcome. Truly it was love that lifted me.
