Hello neighbor! My name’s Alex Jimenez, my pronouns are he/him and I’m the handyman professional behind My Handy Neighbor. It’s a pleasure to meet you!

I moved to Fayetteville, AR, in 2024 from Iowa and began helping my partner with home maintenance tasks. I noticed the sliding glass door in her home was installed incorrectly which caused water damage to the floor. I found out the lack of available home improvement professionals meant folks with less experience were taking the smaller jobs. That’s why I started My Handy Neighbor.

With well over 10 years of carpentry (Union-trained), maintenance, and IT experience, I’m in a position to do the job right the first time and provide accessible home maintenance education.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable handyman in your neighborhood, please give me a call!
