I absolutely love spaces that feel like an experience, and this one nails it. Sip your latte while wandering through beautifully curated displays or settle into the vinyl lounge and slow down for a bit it’s such a fun addition to Amelia Island and unlike anything else around.

🔥 If you’ve been looking for a sign to book a backyard hibachi night this is it. 🔥

I seriously cannot stop thinking about this meal. 🤤 Top Hibachi came right to our backyard and turned an ordinary night into one of the most fun experiences we’ve had in a long time. The energy was unmatched, the sake was flowing, and the food? Absolutely incredible.

For our meal we ordered filet mignon, ribeye, chicken, and shrimp, all cooked perfectly to each person’s preference. It also came with garlic noodles, fried rice, fresh vegetables, and enough yum yum sauce to make my dreams come true. 😂 I was putting that sauce on EVERYTHING.

Not only was the food amazing, but Michael puts on such a fun show while he cooks. Between the tricks, the jokes, the sake gun, and getting everyone involved, it truly feels like dinner and entertainment all rolled into one. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and that energy makes the entire experience even better.

Whether you’re planning a birthday, bachelorette party, family get-together, girls’ night, or just want an excuse to have an unforgettable dinner with friends, I cannot recommend Top Hibachi enough.

Safe to say I’m already trying to figure out when I can book my next one. 🔥🥩🍤🍚🍶

🌴✨ Amelia Island, if you’re looking for a date night that’s completely outside the box, THIS is it.

I had the opportunity to experience the monthly themed dinner at The Sprouting Project at Omni Amelia Island, and I’m still thinking about it. The evening starts with a guided tour of the aquaponic greenhouse, organic gardens, barrel room, and beehives while you enjoy cocktails and passed bites before sitting down for a beautifully curated five-course dinner crafted with ingredients harvested right on property.

The best part? Every month has a different theme, so no two dinners are ever the same. I attended the Palm dinner and got to try ingredients and flavor combinations I never would’ve ordered on my own and I loved every bite.

🌿 The Palm Menu:
🥗 Açaí – beets + apple + blueberry + pecan + feta
🐚 Peach Palm – Hokkaido scallop + porcini + green garlic + fava bean + parsnip
🐟 Coconut – black cod + macadamia + peanut + curry + eggplant
🐖 Jaggery – Kurobuta pork + jerk + polenta + plantain + green strawberry
🍰 Date – pomegranate + citrus + ricotta + white chocolate

I’ll never say no to a Moe’s run! 🌮🌯🔥

I’m a creature of habit, so I always order my go-to bowl, but this time I switched things up and tried the new grilled dippers too, and they definitely did not disappoint. 😍 My husband is loyal to the Chicken Club Quesadilla, and after stealing a few bites, I totally get why. 😂

I’ve been waiting for this trend to make its way to Amelia Island, and it finally has! 🎉🍰 Dot Cakes are officially here at Will & a Whisk Bakery, and they absolutely live up to the hype. The crunchy sprinkle coating adds the perfect texture, and the soft confetti cake inside might just be one of the best I’ve ever had. Every bite is pure nostalgia in the sweetest way! 🌈✨
