An intuitive grammar queen with a get-sh*t-done mentality, a knack for creating systematic organization in dewey decimal style form and the ability to distill complexity into soul resonating meaning in the form of a well told story... these are a few of the magical gifts that our Veronica Rogalla has shared with us in her time at ZC and we are better for it.

I remember the moment I first met Veronica back in 2018. I knew she’d be a foundational member of this team, helping build this organization from the ground up. She has brought Carmelle and Ryan Wilson who brought Irish into our world... she has connected the dots to artists and collaborators that have helped our work shine... she has become the post-production puzzle piece master, creating workflows and systems that allow us to have the very best scripts possible.

To say we will miss you is an understatement. The gap without you will no doubt be felt. AND we understand and support this next step in your journey and are cheering for you to rise and soar to the greatest heights possible. My wish for you is that you feel free, that you feel supported and prepared to step into your queendom in this next chapter on your journey.

I had a similar feeling and knowing when Harrison left... that he’d return when and if the timing was right. And that feeling is back with you sweet V. If and when you decide to fly back to this ZC nest, we shall be here, with a lot more twigs and branches, more eggs ready to hatch and an even stronger flock to fly along side of.

Thank you Veronica for being you. For choosing us. For your dedication, commitment and love. Thank you for sharing your immense gifts and talents. Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for being one of my people on this earth I get to do life with.
