Sweet, chocolaty, and sneakily packed with veggies. These muffins are a great way to sneak in some greens for the kids!

Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup pureed spinach

1/4 cup milk of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your muffin tray.

Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the wet ingredients and mix in the veggies.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

6 slices of white bread

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

4-6 pieces of Kinder chocolate

Butter for frying

Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

Trim the crusts and roll bread with chocolate pieces.

Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Heat butter and fry each stick until golden and crispy.

Serve with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

30 prawns, tails intact

Salt, white pepper, sugar

Crispy Batter:

65g potato starch

30g cornstarch

15g flour

100g egg white

100g oil

25g ice water

How To:

Peel, devein, and slit shrimp.

Combine batter ingredients.

Fry shrimp in hot oil—coat just before frying.

Splash hot oil over shrimp to puff. Serve fast!

20g unsalted butter (softened)

60g cream cheese (room temp)

25g icing sugar

Steps:

Create the base by mixing biscuits and melted butter, pressing it into muffin tins.

Mix the double cream, cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon, then spoon the mixture into the bases.

Top with cinnamon sugar and bake.

Drizzle with the creamy icing for the perfect finish.
