A good friend of mine coaches a Junior High Dance Team and a few years ago, a former dancer of hers sadly took her own life😢 Since then, the Coach has been very open about making sure her dancers mental health is in a good place and lets them know that she is someone they can always talk to💜 I made these bows for her current dancers to wear during Su***de Awareness Month!

Have the hard talks, be a listener, give hugs, share stories and always know that YOU ARE ENOUGH💜💜💜
